Let us quickly introduce ourselves.

We’re Paul and Gwen Cox and we currently hail from the Northern Virginia area. We had the honor of serving our country in the US Army and US Air Force for 30 years, retiring back in 2012. We currently find ourselves in the service of our country once again, but in a different capacity now. The 212 Signature Collection is our start at creating destination excellence by providing our guests a place that makes them go Wow!!!

About Paul and Gwen Cox

We are a retired Air Force couple from the Virginia area that fell in love with the magic of the Smokey Mountains and so wanted to not only find a vacation home for our family, but also provide others with the cabin experience. Following up with the success of Copper Top Cabin, we turned our sites to Branson Missouri where we found a great golf villa that is located in a perfect area to get to all the attractions that Branson has to offer within 10-15 minutes. We are working on adding our third property in Massanutten Virginia, so stay tuned for further developments. As for us, We currently work in the DC area for our Federal Govt and for a local university and are excited about providing you a great hospitality experience. We are truly open to any constructive feedback you may have from staying at any of our properties and hope you love your stay.
